Our Centre’s are typically open 52 weeks per year, excluding public holidays. Opening hours may vary slightly in certain locations, but are typically 6.30am – 6.30pm.

All staff qualifications and child / staff ratios are in accordance with, or better than the guidelines set in the Child Care Act of 2002 (QLD). Our Centre’s have professionally trained staff all of whom hold Positive Suitability Notices (Blue Cards) issued by the Commission for Children and Young People.

Head Start Centre’s are well resourced and provide outstanding facilities for children and their families.

• The majority of our Centres also serve nutritious meals and provide nappies; and
• Provide extracurricular activities such as Yoga, Sports, Nature and Magic shows

It is the role of our lead educators to design Centre based projects within each environment to capitalise on the unique physical characteristic of each Centre.
